Waited 30 minutes for guide. Never showed up. Shop owner near meeting place said that happens fairly frequently.

The tour was to start at 9:00 PM. The day I left for Amsterdam I received another email with a start time of 6:00 PM. The concierge at the our hotel went on line and verified the the tour started at 9:00. Waited at the statue meeting place from 8:40 to 9:15....no guide. Walked the area on our own. Very disappointed that the start time was apparently changed after the excursion was paid.

I would not count on them picking you up at your hotel as I received an email that indicated they would but when the conceirge called the local contact in Amsterdam they said they wouldn't pick us up so we had to spend $30 on cabs. Plus, we didn't get any of the free snacks.

Informative guide with loads of personality. Despite the cold, there was not a second regretted roaming the alleys of this beautiful place. I recommend this to everyone!!

This was a very informative tour, however, there was only 4 of us on the tour. This in itself was great, however the other two didn't drink or party, so we did not have the best experience possible. The guide was great and answered all questions and gave us a lot of information about the red light district along with information about coffee houses and the marijuana industry.

Notified them that we were running 10minutes late due to tram stop closure. Assured that somebody would come back for us. Manager sat us in a bar we waited over an hour and nobody turned up! Very disappointed!!
