Our host Sebastian provided us with an exceptionally entertaining and informative tour. We were introduced to new herring fresh and tasty not the usual rollmops. Enjoyed our cheese on a bench in a local park. Also enjoyed several other local taste treats. We took our dessert back to our hotel so didn't feel too full. Sebastian knew his food and how it was consumed in Holland. Next day we tried his Vla recommendation and we loved it. Excellent value for the money with a five star guide.
