We chose this tour because the price was right, and we wanted to be able to also visit the Sagrada Familia in the afternoon. The tour guide kindly waited for three people who were just a few minutes late, and we began our journey. The bus driver was excellent in handling the roads up the mountain, but don't sit near a window on the right if you are afraid of heights! On the way down, it was not as scary. Getting there early allowed us to see the Black Madonna without too long a wait, plus the access closed for 2 hours soon after we completed that part of our visit. We did not see the art museum, but we heard it was excellent and also air conditioned, which we would have appreciated it we had known (the gift shop area outside the museum had no AC). The tour guide and driver also offered to drop us at Sagrada Familia if we desired at the end of the tour instead of the Placa d'Espanya where the tour started, which worked great for us because we could meet friends for lunch before our timed tickets later in the afternoon. If you want time on the mountain to hike one of the trails or ride the cogwheel train (which looked like it went straight up vertically!), you will need a longer tour, but this one suited us fine.
