We did not have any issues - the only thing you need to consider is that the ticket should be printed in advance. We came to the museum at around 3:50 pm and exchanged the printed confirmation for the actual tickets without any problem. Everything was great and we truly enjoyed the exposition. Every wax figure was like real and sometimes we had a difficulty recognizing wax figures from the actual people:D Booking tickets with Viator is a good way to save some money because buying ticket on the spot will cost 25 euro per person.
