Your activity will start with you being picked up at your hotel or meeting point, remember that pick up time and place depends on activity time selected and the location of your hotel.

Once in the marina, you will receive a briefing and a driving test as a manner of caution procedure, once you are good to go, the ride will start.

The driving time is approximately 45 minutes, in the case of double occupancy, the time will be split between the two riders.

Once the ride ends, you will be taken back to the clubhouse where you will wait for your transportation to be taken back to your hotel or meeting point. Refreshments will be available at extra cost at the clubhouse.

Depending on the hotel location, the entire tour may last 5 hours approximately from pick up to drop off.

Minimum driving age is 16 years old (driving test will be required before the tour starts, ID must be shown)
Maximum weight per person is 240 pounds (108 kg)
Minimum age is 6 years
Children 6 to 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult

This tour was a 40 minute ATV ride through some jungle-like areas around a beautiful beach. The ride itself was not overly exciting- we rode over some dirt paths through the jungle/forest. The tour makes it sound like you stop at the beach and are able to swim/relax before heading back on your ATV but this it NOT the case- you will just drive on the beach for a few minutes and then head back to drop off your ATV, and then you are given some free time to explore the beach on your own. The tour guides were very friendly and made the experience fun. They also give you complimentary chips/salsa and soda. This tour is not long- including pick up and drop off from our hotel in downtown Cancun, it only took about 3 hours so you'll have lots of time for other activities.

Loved the tour and the guide. Views were awesome. My only complaint is that for the money, the tour should have been longer. There should also be details in the advertisement noting that the base rate is for a double occupancy atv and that each Person having a single atv is more money.
