Itinerary

Start your tour with prompt, air-conditioned transportation from your hotel.

Head to our marina, where after checking in, you'll receive all safety instructions.

Before boarding, you'll be provided a life jacket.

Once ready, you'll board our water taxi that will take you safe and dry to the main boat.

After a short briefing, you'll be gear up with a harness and you're ready to go!

The boat will ride 3 miles once you're flying in the sky, this is about 10 minutes.

Mouth-opener views and the sensation of freedom is the best of our tour.

A water "splash" is optional before landing on the boat again.

Once finished, the water taxi will take you to mainland again.

Finally, hotel drop off is offered.

loved doing parasailing in the Cancun ocean area. beautiful sight! very calming and fun. and the photo/video package is worth to get. great experience !

This was absolutley fabulous!! We were so happy we picked the package with transportation, it made everything so much easier. The employees were wonderful!! The company cameraman went above and beyond even taking pictures with our camera!!! Be sure to purchase the video!! The pictures just can't so the view justice like the video does!!

Parasailing in Cancun was the highlight of our trip! Everyone from the dock workers to the water taxi to the captain and crew of the boat made us feel welcome and got us prepared. If this is something you have even thought about by all means go ahead and do it! Thanks so much Parasail Cancun!

The only thing that was great was the transportation to hotel and back. As for Parasailing the place was very unorganized. We were on our way to the parasailing boat and had to turn around to pick up more people. Got to the boat and they weren't ready for our group waiting for 30 minutes in the small boat. Got on the boat to parasail and there were still 3 more people to go. Finally it was our turn. We were up in th air for 9 minutes and 37 seconds. Came down. The small boat came to pick up we got up to get on and the crew said we had to wait until our whole group went. Thats not right. We all finally got done loaded up in the small boat on our way to the dock we stopped half way and the guy steering the boat was swishing around the gas because it was really low. Finally got back to the dock and back to the hotel. This excursion took 4 hours and only up in air less then 10 minutes. It was a day wasted and not worth it.

If I could pick no stats I would ! Tried to confirm our parasailing trip. Nobody would answer phone. They never picked us up. Poor service! Do not use!!
