This was our second time on this excursion. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys snorkeling. We did not receive a detailed confirmation until a day or two before we left for our vacation. Our hotel concierge tried to verify a pick up time, but was not successful. The confirmation we received stated a pick up time of 7:45-9:00. At 9:15 we were still waiting for our transportation. Luckily I took my iPad with me and was able to see at 9:15 a new email had been sent changing the pick up time to 10:30. A lot of wasted time.
