Enjoy your luxury spa treatment at the multi-award-winning Fah Lanna Spa in the Old City of Chiang Mai. After a private pick up service from your hotel, you will have a health consultation before your treatment in your private spa treatment room for complete relaxation.

Customers making their own way to the spa should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to fill out the consultation card
In case of a customer not arriving for their appointment on time, their time slot will only be kept for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the customer has not arrived within 15 minutes after their appointment time, their appointment slot may be given to other customers
Bookings for customers who arrived late for their appointment cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability
Bookings where customers arrived late and no masseur or room is available at the time of the customer's arrival may be rescheduled to a later date or time at the local service provider's discretion, subject to availability

Service and treatments were outstanding. Private suite was more than I expected and the kindness and professionalize of all staff was superb! I selected the package with the cafe, which meant I was taken to have delicious tea and a snack of mango and sticky rice - not quite as advertised but good!
