Baan Mae Klang Luang offers charming insights into rural improvement in the local region of Chaing Mai. During this 7 hour private tour you will get to learn about the villagers' way of life who are open to new ideas, but also keen to retain their traditional way of life.

Their balanced cooperation between tradition and modernization has been assisted by The Royal Project, commenced by His Majesty the King of Thailand. Soft-Trekking at this village you might find it fascinating to follow the trail to Pha Dok Seaw Waterfalls. The trek starts at km. 30 on the road and requires walking the way down to the falls. All together there are ten different levels, the 7th. level is without a doubt the most beautiful one! The local guide will give you lots of information about the area to be visited. These include flower and coffee plantations, as well as the villages of the people cultivating them.
