The tour as far as what we saw was great. Our tour guide was the worse! Can't say what the other guides are like but our was so boring several people fell asleep. He just droned on and on.

The Best of Chicago Tour was very interesting and informative, but I had to pay for my own Deep Dish Pizza and as it says above Including a Deep Dish Pizza, I thought this was inclueded in the price.

Really disappointed by this trip. First of all, no one collected at our hotel as previously arranged so had to get later trip. Southern side of tour has no real places of interest, mostly warehouses turned into apartments. The northern side had more well known places to see. We were on the bus for just over four hours and were never offered the pizza. The lady who took our tickets said she would come back with a voucher for us for the pizza, but she never returned. I wish we had booked one of the other tours instead. Had lost the will to live after the four hours sat on a bus!!!

If you want to know all about the Obama's lives or that of your drivers. This is the tour for you. Or just want to take the tour of the South side, he didn't have much to say about North Side. I was looking for a more informative about city history than I received. Bus was very clean and comfortable.

First of all, This trip was only for 4 hrs and not 5.5 hrs. also, they showed almost everything from the bus. There were just 2 stops for the sake of it! The audio quality was very poor so we could not here wht the guide was saying! Worst part was, they did 2 hrs north tour , came back to tour start point, took other passengers for the south tour, and started the tour back again. This whole process ate up half an hour of our tour! I would never recommend this tour to anyone!
