All tickets are held at will-call. Please check in 15 minutes before your showtime at Potter`s, the bar located on the lobby level of The Palmer Hilton House. From there, your host will direct you to the performance venue.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to show time at Potter`s. A few minutes before showtime you will be directed to The Magic Parlour venue by a member of the team. Once you've arrived inside the private room at the Parlour, you will be able to choose your seats, and wine, beer and soft drinks will be served (included with your tickets).

RUN TIME

The Magic Parlour is a 90-minute experience performed without intermission.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Palmer House is fully accessible, and all floors may be accessed by elevator, located on the south end of the hotel. If you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair, or would like additional time to get to your seats, please provide notification so arrangements can be made.
