Our guide (Laura) was superb! Her deep knowledge of Florence, it's art, it's culture and architecture was truly amazing! ! She had a fun nature about her and we truly enjoyed the time we spent with her even though the day was raining - it was fun for all. Highly recommended.
This tour was amazing. Our guide Eleanor was vibrant and knowledgeable. After the tour she took us to other historic buildings in the area that we would probably never have seen. She was incredible. Thank you
Amazing! Our guide Charles was very knowledgeable and informative! He brought David to life and shared interesting tidbits of Michaelangelo and Florence! It was very hot (100 degrees) and he looked for shade to view the sites as we walked around. Great way to get acquanted with Florence. Thanks Charles!
This is an awesome tour to get to see the highlights of Florence if you only have limited time. The statue of David was AMAZING, walking the streets and understanding the history was very intriguing, and inside the Duomo is very beautiful.
Tour of LAccademia with focus on David and works by Michelangelo was amazing. Tour guide was brilliant on David and the politics of sculpture. Lot of rest of the tour was lost due to excessive detail. Would prefer focus on sculptures, not so much Duomo which I got on other tours. Brilliant tour for enlightened thinkers. I should have brought a notebook with me as I loved contextualization of Ghiberti, Brunelleschi and in particular Michelangelo. I would take this tour again! Maybe in less heat!
So fun and interesting. Vanessa, our guide, was phenomenal - so engaging and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
Tour guide was very informative, and showed us a lot in the museum, church, and surrounding area. Skip the line is great, especially on hot day. Tours like this are really useful especially for first time visitors like us.
Valid information in a very nice and understandable way, enjoyed every second of it, and our guide Charles was amazing
The tour guide was the highlight ! The David and the whole tour was entirely an engaging experience. The tour guide Charles made all the difference. Unlike many he is very passionate about what he is doing and it shows.
Directions on where to meet were perfect, our guide Katerina was extremely knowledgable and provided an outstanding tour.
Excellent tour- our tour guide was engaging and enlightening. We highly recommend this tour to anyone.
We recently spent 3 days in Florence as part of our tour of Italy. "David" was a must see. There was no time to waste by standing in long waiting lines for hours. This tour was perfect...history with Spectacular visual ...Our guide was super in every regard and our time well spent. Highly Recommend!!
We got lost walking from train to meeting spot and arrived late. Called CS. No answer after being hold 15 minutes. Left message. Noone called me back.
The guide brought the tour to life with the history and insights into the museum and the town. Highly recommend.
Our guide, Regina, was nothing short of fabulous. She had an incredible wealth of information regarding the sites we visited . She described the city, the structures and the artworks including the amazing history that surrounded them. She was friendly, engaging and so willing to answer our questions. The tour gave us a great introduction to Florence as we explored the Galleria dell'Accademia, Duomo, Galleria deali Uffizi (outside) and the Ponte Vecchio. Thank you Regina!
Our group really enjoyed our tour of Florence. The guide spoke perfect English and had lots of interesting facts and perspectives to share.
Started our tour at Accademia to see the original David status. Very informative and we learned a lot. I really enjoyed it. We then ventured into the city and wandered for a bit. Would highly recommend the tour.
Our tour guide Julia was outstanding! She was informative, humorous, and provided us with an enormous amount of information on the culture and history of Florence. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a general overview of Florence with an emphasis on the David statue and key sites.
Our guide was not only sweet and knowledgeable but very easy going. She answered everyone’s questions and gave in sites beyond other tour guides I had throughout my trip through Italy. She was easy to understand took her time really showing us Florence.
Angelo was awesome - he brought humor and history to our walk. His presentation of David was priceless - thank you!
Eritza was our guide and she brought humor and relateability to our tour. It is a great overview of Florence so you can figure out where you want to explore on your own. The tour is totally worth it to skip the line at the Academia to see the Statue of David, and maximize your time, plus you learn things about the statue you wouldnt know seeing it on your own. I highly recommend it, plus our guide gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation on the south side of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge to see that section of Florence, and have a great meal with the locals!
We really enjoyed the walking tour, which helped us decide where to focus our sightseeing in the next few days. The guide was very intelligent and knowledgeable and also helpful. We had fun with our group and thought it was a worthwhile experience.
I would return to Italy just for this tour! Our guide was the very best and has true love for Florence. She taught us so much about Michelangelo and the history that led to this masterpiece. I booked many many tours and this was by far the favorite for my husband and I.
