The meeting point instructions and explanation of the overall schedule was TERRIBLE! After 45 minutes of searching for our meeting point, we boarded our bus but was disappointed as we had a difficult time hearing and understanding our driver. The boat tour of the Hamburg port was actually very nice and relaxing. Additionally, the tour required a printed ticket. We had been traveling with no access to a printer which posed yet another challenge for this tour. Would suggest skipping this bus tour and book a smaller group tour to learn and see more of Hamburg.
