09.00/(15.00): Meeting the chef in the restaurant.
09.15/(15.15): Walking to the local market, and experience the daily life of the local people here, the hustle and bustle in the market, people trading, all the herbs, vegetables, meat, and seafood will brings you very close to the simple life in here.
10.00/(16.00): Back to the restaurant for a little rest, and enjoying tea.
Cooking methods and utensils will be placed properly on each table.
*Cooking demonstration
Step 1: Introduction
A brief introduction on Vietnamese food, ingredients, compliments, cooking utensils.
Step 2: Prepare to cook
Washing hands with clean towel, wearing apron and plastic gloves
Step 3: Cook and enjoy
You will prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the chef from the beginning to the end, The authentic magical sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic and herbs are very easy to make.
12.00/(18.00): Have lunch/ (dinner)
Remarks: Special food request is available. We are happy to cater for your food allergies or food preferences, please let us know in advance so that we can confirm the substituting dishes or ingredients.

• Banana flower salad with Pork - there are banana flower be ct smaller, mix with other vegetables with pork and some spicy
• Fry spring rolls with pork - cut all ingredient smaller, mix with egg and roll with rice paper
• “Bun Cha” – Hanoi style- grill pork noodle - - mix pork with spicy
