Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival Tour

To celebrate The Dragon Boat Festival, we are pleased to introduce a cultural tour with highlights to watch the Tai Po District Dragon Boat Races on Monday Jun 18, 2018. 

Pickup from selected 40+ hotels in Hong Kong Island and 60+ hotels in Kowloon area.
Pickup time is between 07:50am to 08:40am. Actual pickup time will be informed by local tour supplier.
The pickup place is your hotel lobby, or you will be informed to a nearest hotel to meet with your tour guide.
Tour finishes at 13:40.

Man Mo Temple in Tai Po 
The temple is dedicated to the gods Man (Literature), and Mo(War). It was built a century ago to serve as a center of worship for the community.

Tai Po Market
It used to be the trading ground of foods & goods around the New Territories and now is a thriving food market. Here you can find a street market lined with vendors seeing nice looking food products ranging from fresh vegetables, cured meats, and dried seafood to locally made candies.

Dragon Boat Race in Tai Po
Tai Po's dragon boat is a long and narrow human powered boat used in the team paddling sport of dragon boat racing. In the history, people take dragon boat to visit other family memebers scattering in other villages. Now the race is an annual sporting and multicultural event.

Transfer back to your hotel by coach after the tour.
