The tour is good but alot of time is also wasted waiting for missing tour members to appear. Alot of walking involved. Time is not fully utilized. Tour guide is professional though. Did not get to see the sunset because it was too cloudy that day.

Excellent tour and service. We were a group of 12 participants our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure that we had enough time to see and experience the temples. Lunch was good and reasonable and the air-conditioned dining room was a definite plus. Service at Siem Reap Shuttle tours is outstanding as I was transferring from one hotel to another, Mr. Tho Sina arranged to have me taken to the second hotel at the end of the day tour. Outstanding service for a 'group joining tour'. Highly recommend.

The tour itself was not bad. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat, Bayon and other sites. However, at the start of the tour there was a mixup and seemed to be a bit of confusion on who goes to which tour van. That took some time off from our start time. And then there was the lunch fiasco. We were taken to a restaurant where they seemed to have mixed up our food orders. Some didn't even get their orders. I'm not sure I can blame the tour company because lunch was technically not provided, but they took us there for lunch. So I don't blame the tour company squarely on that one. Overall I'd say it was ok. But again, if we didn't have all the hiccups, it could've been better
