Ride in this traditional vehicle to the largest religious monument on earth at Angkor Wat. Built in the 12th-century, this Khmer-style complex is bordered by dramatic courtyards and filled with ornate temples adorned with thousands of intricate carvings. Send some time wandering between structures and snapping photos, and then continue on to Angkor Thom.

When you arrive at Angkor Thom, cross over murky moats and listen as your guide shares commentary about the Bayon-style of temple that fills this 12th-century site. This trip was excellent. The guide was extremely knowledgable, patient and kind to his older, much slower customer. His spoken and comprehension of English was brilliant. Make sure you take a hat and plenty of water as it is extremely hot out in the open. Our only problem seemed to be with getting confirmation of pick up times although this information was received late the evening before following emailed requests by us.

Very hard to confirm booking the day before as the number that was given was in Vietnam not Siem Reap. Tour guide arrived on time but we were told there was someone else to be picked up she had a different starting time to us so we had to wait for her. We had half day tour and hers was a full day tour tour guide tried to get us to change ours but I said no. Guide didn't speak very good English was not very informative we had another tour guide the day before who was great but with another company. Street food tasting we didn't get any of that tour said up to 8 hours didn't take anywhere near that time I would recommend finding another company .

My guide Mr. Navin was amazing in every way, so thrilled to take this half day tour and still see the most important sights and miss the mass crowds, well spoken, well educated and he was totally enjoyable, he even assisted me in taking more photos since i had 2 cameras with me. Mr. Navin...remember that name, he is the one to ask for. Thank you Viator. Only had 1 day. He made it work to see all the important sights.
