Stop At: Angkor Wat, Siem Reap 17254 Cambodia

Our guide will pick you up in the morning (or afternoon) from your hotel and head down to Angkor Wat on board your own tuk tuk.

The Lost City of Angkor was to remain undiscovered by Western archaeologists until the later 19th century and has continued to amaze all who see it for the first time ever since: neither words nor pictures do it justice. Angkor Wat is a legacy of the might that was once the Khmer Empire, a detailed history of which has been carved into the many walls of this fortified temple. The temple is accessible by a giant stone causeway across the hundred ninety meter moat, itself an incredible feat of engineering, to the west face of the Wat.

In half a day, we go deep into the history and the integrate workmanship that has been done that made Angkor Wat as it is now. Cambodia’s ancient temple city is one of the wonders of the oriental world. Masterpieces of decorative details as well as of architectural style, its awe-inspiring ruins survive as testament to the spectacular achievements of Southeast Asia’s greatest civilization. And all done on board a local Tuk Tuk!

After touring around, our guide and dedicated tuk tuk driver will return you back in your hotel. The tour altogether will take approximately 4 hours.

The Bakan tower is allowed only 100 persons once, so visitors have to line up if you wish to climb the tower.
During the visit of the Bakan tower of the Angkor Wat temple, visitors are required to wear proper attire, which demands visitors to cover their shoulders and knees as this temple is still considered as a sacred site (no short, miniskirt or short trousers are allowed).
Child under 12 years old are not allowed to climb up this tower.
Temple will be closed on the Buddhist Sabbath Days, the Buddhist religious days including 4 days a month in accordance with the Lunar Calendar.
Please note pickup and drop-off services may not be confirmed for customers staying at private residences, apartment complexes, or other non-registered tourism accommodations. Customers may be asked to meet at a nearby hotel for pick-up and drop off
