In this half-day tour, we will focus on the exquisite fusion of Peruvian ingredients and diverse, world-renowned techniques. In the morning, we will begin our tour in Lima, visiting a typical Peruvian market. We will see the variety, freshness, and color of local produce. We will continue our tour at a local restaurant, where we will learn how to prepare a delicious ceviche and Pisco Sour, the national drink.
