Love London is a relaxed tour through the West End exploring some of the city’s most theatrical, artistic and culturally significant sights. On the way you'll pass along handsome tree-lined streets and through some of the city's most charming parks.
Your journey starts from our cycle hire and tour centre in Lambeth, conveniently located a stone’s throw away from Lambeth North Underground station. and throws you straight into the heart and soul of London’s cultural and artistic scene.
You’ll first head to Archbishop's Park, a secluded green area of tranquility that backs onto Lambeth Palace, the home of the Archbishop of Canterbury since the 13th century.
Crossing the river, you’ll be transported back in time as you arrive at the courtyard of Westminster Abbey School, which offers a privileged view of Westminster Abbey and some of its hidden quarters.
From there it’s a short ride to Horse Guards Parade, an historic sporting ground where Henry VIII once hosted jousting tournaments, followed by a pedal through Hyde Park - once the private hunting ground of Henry’ himself.
Up next is Mayfair, an area associated with luxury shops, galleries and gentlemen’s clubs, and one of the most expensive and exclusive neighbourhoods in the entire city.
Passing along Carnaby Street - still known today as the centre of 60s Swinging London - it’s then onto Soho, a favourite haunt of the mods and hippies of the same era, and the stomping ground of British bands like The Rolling Stones and The Beatles.
As the tour draws to a close, you’ll head to soak in the atmosphere of the cobbled streets of Covent Garden; London’s Theatreland, and a lively area known for its high-quality restaurants and lively street performers.
Making your way through an intricate network of alleys and passageways, you’ll make your way south and cross Waterloo Bridge, marvelling at the incredible views it offers of London’s East and West.
Back on the southern side of the river, you’ll make your way through the streets and enter a hidden underground tunnel, (sometimes known as Banksy Tunnel) a unique and fascinating passage filled with ever-changing street art.
You’ll emerge from the tunnel back into the light of the quaint 1830s red-brick lined streets of Waterloo, where the hustle and bustle of Lower Marsh awaits you; a market street that’s a favourite of filmmakers and full of listed buildings, housing lunchtime cheap eats and hip cafés.
From here your guide will navigate you back to our location in Lambeth, where you can refuel and get ready for your next London adventure!

Our guide was very informative and the tour covered a lot of ground. The only drawback was the busyness of the route and having to dismount frequently.
This was a pretty intense tour. It was about an hour too long and an hour too late, as the last hour and a half we were riding in Friday after work traffic on the streets and the sidewalks were packed as people were hitting the pubs early. There were no bathroom breaks or pub stops.
