Stop At: Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, 1 Tramway Rd, Palm Springs, Greater Palm Springs, CA 92262-1828

We start the day heading East from Los Angeles into the desert, on our way to world famous Palm Springs home to celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, Liberace, Barbara Streisand and many more. Palm Springs plays host to 115 golf courses (some designed by Greg Norman) and 600 tennis courts this is outdoor living at its best. We start our tour with a ride aboard the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, sheer cliffs of Chino Canyon. Begin the 10 minute ride at the Valley Station – elevation 2,643 ft. and end at the Mountain Station – elevation 8,516 ft. No matter what the season, enjoy spectacular views, a one-of-a-kind experience.

Stop At: The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, 47900 Portola Ave, Palm Desert, Greater Palm Springs, CA 92260-6156

e continue into Palm Springs and our first stop is at the Living Desert Zoo, a unique experience that teaches us how vibrant and alive the desert really is.

Stop At: El Paseo Shopping District, 73472 El Paseo, Palm Desert, Greater Palm Springs, CA 92260-4268

We break for lunch on the “Rodeo Drive” of the desert El Paseo restaurants, shops and people watching there is no better place to see and be seen. After our lunch break we embark on a panoramic tour of the homes of the Hollywood stars that are scattered throughout the valley.

Our last stop of the day is Desert Hills Premium outlets home to 130 stores of brand names such as Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Tahari, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Loro Piana, Polo Ralph Lauren, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tod's, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Zegna.

Chose this tour as we wanted to ride The Aerial Tramway but we weren't told until the morning of the tour that it was closed for it's annual service! Big disappoinment for us. However, we loved Palm Springs, The Living Desert and the Outlet shopping parts of this tour. But would suggest you make sure the Aerial ride is open before you book it.

Very well organised, our tour guide Richard as shown in the picture was very friendly and resourceful, and the driver made all of us feel absolutely safe and enjoyable! They really treated us as their friends, they absolutely went extra miles to do their jobs much better than expected. Mercedes Business Van was used for this trip, which was really comfortable with the authentic leather seat cover. All 6 of us truly appreciated their service.
