The meeting point is the site chosen for the day. The departures are La Ciotat, Marseille or Cassis All equipment is provided, suit, mask, snorkel and palm. The guide explains the instructions and safety instructions before you begin. You will be shown how to swim with fins according to the different levels of participants. During 3 hours 9am to 12pm , it is a framed swimming to discover the fauna and the flora of the sea. Departures are by boat and the snorkeling begin off the coast or by pulling on the participants' levels. We swim with floats, it is an apprenticeship diving to observing the seabed.
