Your day trip to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex begins with pickup from your Miami hotel. From there you'll head to up to Orlando and change vehicles to head over to the Space Coast. Your Kennedy Space Center visit includes a tour of NASA's launch headquarters, the Shuttle Launch Experience, two IMAX films, a visit to the US Astronaut Hall of Fame, and additional shows and exhibits.
Visit the LC 39 Observation Gantry for a bird's-eye view of the space shuttle launch pads. Stop at the Apollo/Saturn V Center, where you can walk beneath a massive Saturn V rocket. Relive Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon, and experience the thunderous rumble of a Saturn V moon rocket lift-off. Watch IMAX movie screenings of Hubble 3D, narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio, or Space Station 3D, which takes you on a virtual trip to the International Space Station.
Other exhibits and activities at the Visitor Complex include the Astronaut Encounter Show, where you have a chance to meet an astronaut, and the Shuttle Launch Experience, where you can find out what it feels like, looks like and sounds like to launch into space and orbit Earth aboard a simulated space shuttle.
You'll enjoy 4 to 5-hours at the Kennedy Space Center before heading back to Miami.

The coach from Miami to Orlando was long and the seats were absolutely terrible. The transfer at Orlando to a smaller vehicle to get to Kennedy was not explained to us at all and we had to approach 3 or 4 people before we knew what we were doing. The smaller vehicle to Kennedy and back was good. The Space Centre was terrific and worth the money.....shame about the transport.
Terrible terrible terrible. Viator you should be ashamed of yourselves using a bus company such as this. Clearly not enough information on how long each way it takes on the bus to get there and back. No stopping to pick up any food or drink. Seven hours each way is absurd without some form of stop for rehydration. The bus is very cramped. The driver was just aweful. We had a 29 hr flight to Miami from New Zealand with connections incl, so I hardly think we would have booked this tour the next day had we known how long and aweful this trip would be. The space center itself was great but tainted because of the travel time and tour company. I believe this is also a health and safety issue. No one was able to rehydrate, and the driver would not let us off the bus. You have mostly bad reviews for this tour. Don,t you think it's about time you followed up on this. I will not be using Viator to book our future tours. I have told many people of our experience.
The tour itself was good. There is enough there to do for 5 - 6 hours. DO NOT get the bus from Miami. It takes over 6 hours each way. There are no announcements advising how long there is to go etc. And the bus stops at all of these dodgy car parks picking people up. Good tour, terrible bus ride.
The space centre was magnificent - everything I hoped for. However the transport to and from Miami to KSC was shocking. Neither of the bus drivers were very friendly. Once we transferred to another bus at orlando, we lost at least 30 minutes because other customers had to be delivered to Disney World before we got to KSC - we were promised at least 6 hours at KSC but this did not occur. Coming all the way from Australia, it was very disappointing to spend extra unnecessary time on a bus rather than at our final destination. There were other small annoying incidents but why go into them? We knew we were in for a long day, but the bus trips themselves made it more of an ordeal than an enjoyable day out. VERY POORLY DONE.
