Paddle down Jamaica’s scenic Rio Bueno in a tandem kayak on this shore excursion! When your cruise ship docks in Montego Bay, embark on an exciting guided kayak adventure. After a brief safety training, get into your two-person kayak and follow your expert guide through medium-intensity, rushing river rapids as you make your way to the Caribbean Sea.

As you paddle down the splashing rapids, admire the lush Jamaican scenery and spot wildlife along the way. Halfway through your trip down the river, you’ll have the chance to take a break and relax by the river, swim in the warm water, and try out the nearby rope swing.

Then, hop back in your kayak and continue farther downstream toward the Caribbean Sea. Paddle over to the shores of a private beach and spend time lounging in the sun or swimming in the pristine sea before enjoying a relaxing drive back to the Montego Bay port.

Our family had a great time. Our group was just our family of 5. The guide was great in helping us get used to how to paddle. We all did the single kayaks. It was a great adventure for us. Highly recommend even if you have never kayaked.

We loved this tour! The guides were great and very informative, friendly and fun. The river was scenic and a nice ride. A bonus was getting to swim and climb in and around some small waterfalls. The tour was not crowded like others. Be sure to get some Jerk Chicken at the end. It was delicious

The guides where superb made the trip however the walk up the gorge was probably better than the kayaking which was actual inflatable rafting which could have lasted longer . We went on this tour on a shore excursion and as we docked in Montego Bay there was nothing immediately where you dock to go so a planned excursion is the thing to do

Driver and guides were fun,safe,and great.It's an hour drive each way from Montego Bay to Rio Bueno.You got to see some of the landscape of Jamaica,not so much of Montego Bay itself,this is a full day excursion.Kayaking was beginner level,don't expect huge thrills.Beautiful river,highly recommended!
