Rights of admission reserved by the park management
Children must be accompanied by an adult or a senior citizen
Any valid government-issued ID proof required. In case of children, copy of birth certificate or school admission / identity card.
Infants below three years are allowed entry free of charge, but are not allowed on any of the rides

Park and ride timings are subject to change
Please check the specific ride operations timings at the Park entrance. The park management has undertaken a Green Initiative to conserve electricity and resources.
Apart from infants and expecting mothers, guests are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the park
Breakfast entry to Theme Park is only available for Theme Park guests (at own cost)
Once you exit the Theme Park, you cannot enter again.
Some rides are subject to favorable weather conditions
The Theme Park is open and functional all year round. Though, the park may keep some of the outdoor rides non-operational for safety purposes during monsoons or harsh / inclement weather
There is a baggage counter facility, however they are limited and strictly on “first come first serve” basis.
Few of the attractions / rides involve water. So there are chances that visitors may get wet. There are restrooms around the Park where you can change, if you want to.
Guests can bring their personal cameras for leisure photography. DSLR cameras with detachable lenses are allowed.
The weather is reasonably Hot during summers. One needs to be adequately prepared for the torrential rain, especially during monsoons (June to September)
Paid parking facility is available at the venue
Snow Park: Full body clothing is recommended in the Snow Park where temperature is sub- zero degrees. Appropriate jackets, gloves & boots will be provided free of charge with each admission ticket, on returnable basis, which must be worn whilst inside the Snow Park.
Snow Park: Entry to Snow Park is for a time slot of one hour only, including 15 minutes for changing into snow gear
