Meet your host Jyoti, at her beautiful home in Hindu Colony in Dadar, Mumbai to indulge in a fun and step-by-step cooking demo on how to cook some popular Indian-Gujarati dishes. She is a homemaker and a mother to two sons who have inherited her cooking skills and are brilliant chefs themselves. One of her sons is a Michelin star chef in London!

Learn more about Jyoti and her family as you roll up your sleeves to learn the art of the perfect Roti (Indian flatbread). You will also get to learn how to make some amazing Gujarathi dishes. Your time in the kitchen will be rewarded with an authentic and delicious home-cooked meal which will be served in traditional silver ware (Jyoti's family heritage thalis) over fun conversations and lots of local tips.

The entire meal experience will last for 3-4 hours.

Please note: This is not a professional cooking class. It is an opportunity to learn the tips and tricks of Indian cooking and to dine with a local family!
