The museum and memorial far exceeded my expectations. It was such a well-done exhibit - it was informative, respectful, and the theme of rebuilding left me feeling hopeful.I spent a couple of hours here. This is a must-see when visiting New York.
Important, not to be missed, an experience every American (every person) should have. Take anyone and everyone with you!
Very good service Rooms are very well designed and very well organized The material displaced is really very precious We were very happy to have visited the museum and advice everybody to go
Our admission was for 9am and we arrived at 8.45 and where guided in straight away. what a fantastic experence.
Perfect. Every thing worked as it was supposed to. Presented the paper work, Joined a small queue and in we went. Right on time.
This company have a very good tour package and tour guide are so nice and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend it..
2nd visit to the museum. You get more out of it each time . Great tribute to all. Emotional experience.
I toured the memorial and museum with my adult son who was a freshman in high school in 2001. I thought I knew a lot about 9/11 since I'd watched the news all day for a week when it happened but this museum is indescribable in its emphasis on the human perspective in addition to providing all of the factual information. The exhibits tell the story before, during, and after 9/11. My son said he told coworkers they all had to see this museum. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing. You will not be able to put your emotions into words. Give yourself at least 3 hours to see it all.
Very good . Emotional to see all the photographs in the memorial room. Atmospheric with all the projected films around the walls.
A very moving and well done memorial. The sheer size of the museum and the thoughtfulness of the exhibits were overwhelming at times. A must see for everyone..
Sobering, profound, impactful. A must see if you are visiting NYC.
Set out very well and respectfully done. A must do.
Excellent Museum. Go early and beat the crowds.
Fabulous is not the word to use as this is a memorial. It doesn't feel maudlin but is well presented and informative with lots of personal information. Not to be missed and well worth skipping the queue as it is hugely busy.
Would highly recommend.
