Our driver was late collecting us but was very courteous upon arrival. We were under the impression that our booking was for a private transfer however there were 2 other ladies in the van. The driver was extremely apologetic for this oversight. The extra guests were not an inconvenience to us as we all agreed on a 3pm pick up which worked out perfectly. Highly recommend this service.

Two hours later from the rentevouz that i was with the car. I phone at least five times in the bureau. The answer it is the car arrive in ten min.

Pick ups worked very well. Comfortable car. Nice driver giving insights on the way... we can really recommend going to Woodbury with this service!

We used this shuttle service to get to Woodbury Common and it was a great service. We were picked up early and only had two other pick up's on the way before reaching the shopping outlet. We got there around 9am and left at 4pm. We were due to be picked up at 3:30pm but due to an accident on the motorway the driver was late but the company phoned us to inform our group what had happened. All in all we had a good day shopping and I'm so glad I did this the first full day of being in New York as it gets it out of the way and then you can enjoy the rest of your holiday. Definitely recommend this.

Prompt pickup, and truly entertaining trip to woodberry common!! Time went so quickly. Driver amazing and professional!! So worth taking this service for a few extra dollars... will defo book via this company when we return from London .. thank you for the great service!
