Enjoyed the trip out and the shopping was worth it, could have had a bit more instruction as to where the bus went from inside the terminal as its BIG, helpful bus staff.

Shop and shuttle tour is great value and we have used this on a previous visit to NYC. The first bus we tried to get on was packed and the bus driver didn't seem to ant to speak to us. Got on another bus and service was great.
