Your small-group Provence day trip starts with pickup from your Nice hotel and a drive along the French Riviera coastline to Cannes. See the old port, famous La Croisette Boulevard, the Cannes Film Festival Palace, glamorous designer shops and wide, sandy beaches.You’ll be driven in comfort in a minivan limited to just eight passengers, ensuring you receive personalized attention from your English-speaking guide on this small-group tour.

Your day trip continues with a drive through the picture-postcard countryside to Grasse, world capital of the perfume industry where you’ll have a guided tour of a perfumery. You'll also have some free time here to explore independently or visit the old town.

Enjoy the stunning views of the Alps, valleys and Mediterranean coastline as you drive up to the perched medieval village of Gourdon. You will have time for lunch (own expense) before moving on to the charming Loup Gorges. Sample the traditional floral-scented candy at the Florian confectionery, a French Riviera specialty.

Next, have a photo stop in Tourettes/Loup before visiting the second-most visited village in France, Saint Paul de Vence. With cobblestone lanes and chic art galleries, it’s easy to see why the town is so popular. You’ll have some time to explore this former haunt of the Impressionist painters before heading back to Nice where your tour ends.

We were thrilled with our locations of St. Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Grasse and Cannes. We would have enjoyed more time in St. Paul. Our guide Victor was knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Unfortunately, he was difficult to understand at times, mumbled or didn't speak loud enough to be heard by those in the back of the van. Several of us thought that his driving was overly aggressive at times.

The tour was really good. Didn't know what to expect, but Cannes and the perfumery were interesting. The real treat was Gourdon and st paul vance, those were pretty destinations. Thanks for a great tour!

Awesome experience! Our guide Viktor, was great and informative! He spoke multiple languages with our diverse group. The point of interests were well worth it and a good way to get out of the city.

It was an excellent trip. Our guide and driver Victor was passionate about the history of the place and briefed us about the places we would go and their history. Scenic tour, on red carpet at Cannes, fagonard factory at grasse and artistic collection of Saint Paul De Vence. Won't have been possible without a guided tour.

Our driver for the day was Victor and he was wonderful. I was in a smaller group and it was such a fun group! Top notch service from Victor and he was so knowledgeable about everything we were seeing. He kept us right on time-- showed us all the great sites. I wish we could have had more time outside exploring Grasse, even then it was a wonderful tour! I highly recommend this tour, I went solo and everyone makes you feel so welcome!

They call this trip Provance, but they make you spend 1 hr in Cannes, which is a total wast of time. The tour guide was amazing and really went out of her way to accommodate, but the agency needs to plan their time more efficiently for this trip. For instance in Grasse we only went to perfumery and didn’t have time to explore the city at all. In Gourdon it was raining cats and dogs, so we just had lunch and headed straight to the last place on the itinerary where we were only allowed to spend 1 hr, which was not enough. If we didn’t waste time in the morning on Cannes, which is not even part of the Provance, we would’ve had time to see and experience much more of Grasse and Gourdon.

Robin our guide was a font of knowledge. The van was comfortable clean and well driven. I felt we all got a great over view of the history and geography of the Cote d Azure.

Perfect weather, timing and services. Justin is a native English, knowledgable and tacful guide. We enjoyed Gourdon and Saint Paul de Vence the most. The van was comfortable for 8 also.

Good trip to see a glimpse of each town. I was really looking forward to seeing the real lavender fields instead we saw a patch of it. But our tour guide was very pleasant and flexible. Great way to see a little bit of the top landmarks of the south country of France :)

This trip is fantastic!! Camille, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We started out in Grasse and toured the Fragonard factory then drove up the foothills of the French Alps stopping at the very quaint medieval village of Gourdon for lunch. After walking through the village we headed to Saint-Paul de Vence, another medieval village which was filled with lots of narrow, hilly streets and beautiful artisan shops. After we were dropped off at our hotel we ate at the restaurant recommended by Camille, La Maison de Marie on Place de Messena. The food was excellent! I would highly recommend this trip!

We were lucky enough to have Alexander as our driver and tour guide. Alex was a lifelong resident of Nice and the local area and knew all about it. He was only interested in making our tour experience incredible and catered to our every need. The tour was incredible and all the stops were well worth it. Highly recommend the tour and, if you can, ask for Alex!!
