Marais District Food Walking Tour with Wine and Cheese Tastings

Walking through this wonderful area and trying all the different foods was a highlight of our trip! Would highly recommend this adventure!

A real must if you want to visit small, boutique food shoppes and learn a lot about food, wine, deserts...a great trip. We were so fortunate to have a terrific guide which really made the tour so enjoyable.

Tour was very tasty as we were introduced to some of the Best food establishments Paris has to offer. Tour included history of Marais and sites one might have missed on there own. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly which made all the better.

Great way to see Paris in a short time. Food was excellent and information about the city was great.

The number of stops and food samples were very good. Our guide Rebecca was friendly and fun, although a history of the district might have been nice. We felt a more substantial meal at the sit down restaurant was warranted for the 100 Euros price.

Camille was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. She made the experience for us. Exploring the Marais with a guide helped us to gain a greater appreciation for the day to day life of a local. The only downside was that in a “food tour with wine” we only sampled 2 wines and left the tour still slightly hungry.

Have been to Marais a number of times but this tour gave me a much deeper insight into the area guide was excellent

Our guide was good, knowledgeable and pleasant. The selection of stops was varied and all were good to very good. It was fun and the pace was appropriate.

Julie, our guide, was terrific. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped our group as we wove around the Marais, sampling heavenly sweet, savory, wonderful foods. Our luncheon at a Corsican restaurant was super. I can't recommend this tour enough. We loved it!

We were one of 5 couples on the tour with Ingrid. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great host. Made us all feel comfortable and relaxed. The food on the tour was VERY good! Great cheeses, macaroons, ice cream, jams, smoked fish to die for and much more. The walking was easy, half way through the day we stopped at a restaurant for a small snack and a glass of wine. You had a chance to sit down and relax if you needed it. I would highly recommend anyone going to Paris to take the tour. It will be one of the highlights from your trip!

This tour was awesome. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the food/wine samplings were delicious.

Ingrid was a fantastic guide! I loved the tour too. She took us to a lot of interesting places and we got to try traditional french food and other things I wouldn't really think about when visiting France. I loved that this was an evening tour of a great neighborhood. Ingrid was very interactive and encouraging the group to go outside the comfort zone. Her passion for Paris was evident. The only negative was the gelato place she wanted to take us to was closed. That would have been the perfect ending to the tour. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.
