Itinerary

Start your tour with prompt, air-conditioned transportation from your hotel.

Head to our marina, where after checking in, you'll receive all safety instructions.

Before boarding, you'll be provided a life jacket.

Once ready, you'll board our water taxi that will take you safe and dry to the main boat.

After a short briefing, you'll be gear up with a harness and you're ready to go!

The boat will ride 3 miles once you're flying in the sky, this is about 10 minutes.

Mouth-opener views and the sensation of freedom is the best of our tour.

A water "splash" is optional before landing on the boat again.

Once finished, the water taxi will take you to mainland again.

Finally, hotel drop off is offered.

Dress code is casual with comfortable clothes (i.e. sportswear and swimsuit). We recommend to bring swimsuit and towel if you want to get a water splash.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

I enjoyed the parasailing experience; however, I would not book this trip if you are staying in Playa de Carmen or maybe anywhere else then Cancun. It is a one hour+ ride and you have to pick up multiple other groups along the way. Since you are the furthest out, you will be the first to be picked and the last to be dropped off. It was A LOT of driving for a 15 minute experience. If you are staying in Cancun, then this would be a good place to go. In retrospect, I wish I had just waited to book at a local place in Playa de Carmen.

This tour company was friendly, timely, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable. It was my first time parasailing and my companion's 2nd. She said she liked this experience far better because she felt more secure in the seat of the straps. She also liked departing from the boat, and had previously departed from a dock or pier.

we ended up being the only ones in our tour which was great - the team made it easy to get into the harness and learn what to do. it was our first time! they took awesome pics and video and the price was decent to purchase those. I did 4 star as it was so fast - we were up less than 10 mins and we were the only ones - would have thought they would let us go a little bit longer since no rush and the info says you are up 10-12 mins.
