Our driver was very nice but had little to say. all he did was drive us to the two cities. he had no recommendations for lunch. didn't seem to know much history about the areas we visited. Lunch was not included. was not worth the price.

First stop at seaside resort was longer than viable and time would be better spent at Coimbra. University tour was too short and no visit to library possible. Guide and driver were terrific . Aveiro was fine.

Lots of history, we were a bit disappointed with our group. We are bilingual Spanish/English, but we were in a group of 4 with 2 people that only spoke French, lots were lost in translations. Our guide was very nice and went out of his way to made us feel comfortable. Aveiro and Coimbra are a must to see when you visit Portugal.

The tour was supposed to be in English. While our driver/guide, Jose, made his best effort, his English was too poor to ensure an informative trip. He took us to all locations, took care of the organisational issues and was OK in all other respects. However, although we saw sights and visited places, we got almost no information about the places we visited.
