I purchased the tour online for the boat. I showed up at the right time and I found out that I had to print the voucher. The folks at the pier could not print the voucher they sent me to the bus. I took the bus and they said they could not print it and that I had to go to St Isaac where the headquarter of Hop On Hop off is. I got there and they couldn't print The voucher either. I had to email it to administrative office and half an hour later they gave me the ok and printed the voucher. Once this ordeal was passed the actual tour is worth every penny.
