It was a very fun and informative tour. We were able to see a great deal, the sights were lovely, and it gave us a wonderful overview of the entire city and La Jolla, the sea lions, Mt. Soledad, Old Town, Hotel Del Coronado, and many others. Frank was an excellent tour guide, was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. The only issue was there were folks that were late, we waited 20 min,.and during the tour Frank's boss told him they were waiting at the Depot, so we made a special trip to pick them up, and they weren't there. This impacted others on the tour, and took time away from the tour for all of us. The management should have scheduled them on a different tour. Frank was very accommodating to us, as we had to be back at our hotel to meet friends in La Jolla. While the others were touring Old Town, he took us home. It was very kind and thoughtful. Thank you, Frank.

The tour consists of long drives between areas of interest and being dropped off for 20 minutes at each location. The driver did not guide us or participate at the stops. While traveling she pointed out things in the distance, but without context. I discourage anyone from taking this tour.

We went to the Santa Fe Amtrak Depo to get picked up, from there, the tour guide took us to visit may places in San Diego that I would never have visited on my own (4th time in the city, 2 on business and 1 personal before this), such as Old Town, Mt Soledad, Gaslamp quarter, etc. Got to know a bit about the city and hopefully understand it now a little better.

This tour visited the Hotel del Coronado, Old Town, the Veteran's Memorial La Jolla and Balboa Park. The bus was 10 passenger and the tour lasted about 4 hours. I sat in the back and had a hard time hearing all that the driver said while we were driving along. I thought it was over priced.
