I had a great time. I was a little nervous at first but Marco made it so pleasant. Showed us a lot of the history of Tijuana and never felt rushed in the shops and taking pictures.

This trip was not what we anticipated at all. It was good to get some commentary about areas of Tijuana, but as a tourist having never been to this country before, it was very daunting with an 11 year old daughter being dropped off on a street (without maps) and with very little direction, and the same applied when we were dropped off at the mexican border. We were somewhat disappointed, as we really looked forward to this trip.

There was not enough people for my Baja California Coastal Day Trip so it was cancelled. Five Star Tours (the company that does both tours) offered to take me on the half day tour to Tijuana instead, so I did this one. The tour guide was okay. The tacos included in the trip were also just okay. The tour started late and I spent about 5.5 hours on this experience and only got 1.5 hours of fun in Tijuana. It wasn't all that bad, something to do if you have extra time.

I give 1 star for the travel and 3 for the actual tour part. The air conditioning wasn't working well in the van and my husband and I were crammed in the last row of seats. Very hot and uncomfortable. Could not here the guide most of the time. The shopping was ok, the food ok but was hoping for more history of the city and less touristy stuff.

The original driver was replaced with a substitute who arrived late 30 minutes. Skipped a lot of things because of lack of time. Just eating tacos and spending 45 minutes in the middle of town was no fun at all. She our driver cum guide was extremely nice and helpful overall, however! As whole Viator ripped us all off with this over promised tour!
