In the morning we will visit we will drive north –west of Santiago one hour to a local Stop at the Curacaví valley in order to see how they make and try one of the most typical dishes of Chile, Empanadas, the best ones of our country are made there with the old fashion way, in adobe ovens. You can have an exclusive outdoors tasting along this great dish.Then we will continue the Casablanca Valley to visit After that we will go to the organic winery, Emiliana began in 1986; one of its primary concerns has been the care and management of the land. Stop At: Casas del Bosque, Hijuelas 2 Centro Ex Fundo Santa Rosa, Casablanca Valley, Casablanca Chile

Then we will continue to visit Casas Del Bosque, this winery is located 70 km from Santiago, the capital of Chile, and 30 km from one of the principal ports of Chile, Valparaiso. It was conceived in 1993 to be a family boutique winery exclusively oriented to the production of e high quality wines. Casas Del Bosque has its own vineyards in the Casablanca Valley, a privileged place for premium wine production. It guarantees that their entire grape production and all its treatment is carefully handled and controlled by them, leading to the highest quality. Currently, Casas del Bosque has 245 productive hectares of white vines, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, and red vines, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah and Pinot Noir. Additionally, Besides, there are 13 hectares in the Rapel Valley, with Cabernet Sauvignon grapevines, many of which are 35 years or older. Then we will continue our journey to Bodegas RE to see how the man is using modernity and technology to look back to ancestry, to nature and the earth Like Pablo Morande(,pioneered in wine production in Casablanca Valley), said, “In my winery, these tanks [concrete pods], similar to primitive ones, are a search for history and beauty. However, they have all the tools of a modern tank.Apart from looking for a beautiful, good, natural wine, there is the concept that things can be done in a simple form – almost watching the wine being made. They did it 6,000 years ago; I'm just putting it into the context of the 21st century, still respecting what they did then. This is what our wine RE is all about”.We will taste their wines and then we will continue to Millahue to try our “ Chilenitos” and get back to Santiago.
