Visited Mount Seorak and Nami Island on the 14 Jan. This is a great tour as Mount Seorak and the surrounding park are beautiful. As the weather is good, we managed to take the cable car ride up and explored the magnificent view it offers. After lunch we proceed to Nami Island, the famous Korean drama - Winter Sonata shooting place. This island is beautiful at every spot. Love the rolls of tall, completely vertical trees. Highly recommend this tour package as we can go to both beautiful places. Our Guide Mr. Jerry is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, his explanations are easy to understand.
As you drive up you get a nice outlook of life outside of the city. Good spending time with other tourists and best of all the maple leaves in the fall
It was good. My tourguide Joy did a wonderful job. Our family enjoyed our time at Mount Seorak and Nami. But next time we will take whole day for 1 place only... Both places need a whole day to enjoy. Anyway, thanks Joy.
Great! Extremely beautiful views, we started by Mount Seorak which is outside Seoul but worth it. Thank you!
This is a great tour as Mount Seorak and the surrounding park are incredibly beautiful. Being able to hike different paths or take the cable car up allows for different levels of activity and fitness options making it good for everyone. There are lots of restaurants for eating and a Buddha statue. The inclusion of Nami Island is nice as well. Some may want more time as there is a lot to do in terms of what to see and activities bungee jumping, zip lining, water sports. It is a beautiful small island that is easy to walk. We really enjoyed this tour. Unfortunately we didn't have as much time at each place as expected due to heavy travel traffic. The company did a good job of starting us early in expectation of the traffic but it was still more than thought so we were very delayed getting to the mountain. Our guide, James, did the best he could to give us adequate time at each location despite the late arrival. He was knowledgeable and friendly and our tour was still really nice.
Our tour guide, Tony, was punctual and the van was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. When we arrived in Mount Seorak, Tony explained to us the walk we should take. The view from Mount Seorak was great. We took the cable car up to the top. After that, we went to Nami Island. Nami Island was very scenic and great photo taking opportunities. Tony was very accommodating to our requests. We can communicate well with Tony in English. Overall, we had a pleasant trip even though it was a long ride to our destination.
Highly recommend this trip for those going Seoul. As there's only two of us in this trip, our tour guide, Jerry, personally drove us. Jerry is very nice and has good knowledge of both Mt Seorak and Nami Island. Timing allocated well between both places. Had a wonderful time and loved these two beautiful places.
This tour visits two of the most picturesque/wow spots in South Korea. The tour begins with an approx. 1.5 to 2 hr ride to Mount Seorak where we took a cable car up and explored the magnificent view it offers! The cable car was quick and fun however I would've preferred to do more hiking/ exploration but considering our time limit it was really hard to do so. We then ate delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant and then proceeded to Nami Island where the shoot a famous korean drama called Winter Sonata and for good reason! This island was made to look beautiful at every spot even in November which was the time we went. The rows of tall, completely vertical trees were very memorable as well. I just wish our tour had more engagement and interaction with our friendly tour guide, during the tour if they could walk with us and explain the history behind these magnificent places it would make it that much more memorable!
