I booked this tour because I couldn't get a ticket on my own online. So glad I did! The place is huge and there are lots of people. Our guide was able to get us to the best spots, explain the different areas and tell us history about the monument as a whole and the individual areas. I highly recommend this tour. After the tour was finished we were able to to remain and re-enter the palace and tour the gardens.

It was excellent, our guide Martina is an export in the history of the specific site that we visited. She's very friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend this guided tour for those of you interested in the historical aspects of Real Alcazar!

Our guide Guadaloupe was absolutely tremendous. Wednesdays in early February must be rather slow days in Sevilla, so m y wife, my Mom and I were lucky to have Guadaloupe all to ourselves. Not only for the Real Alcazar tour but afterwards for the Cathedral of Sevilla tour. Both were especially great for my Mom 89 yrs old on her first trip ever outside of the U.S. and in a wheelchair. Guadaloupe went out of her way to ensure that Mom had access to as many of the key sights in both the Alcazar and the Cathedral. My wife and I have used Viator on many trips Zurich, Rome, Prague, Budapest, Paris, Washington DC, and others, but these two tours in Sevilla were the best buys for the money EVER!!!

SInce we were the only two participants, this was actually a private tour. Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. HIghly recomended!
