El Palacio Andaluz presents an unique show in Spain, with the best flamenco dancers of the moment. A Pure and Traditional Flamenco show with an unbeatable 12 minutes long adaptation of the opera Carmen.
This show has been chosen by TVE for national and international promotion of the art of flamenco for its visual quality, artistic value and for being model and example of the most rooted Spanish popular culture.
The largest cast of dancers, guitarists, singers and clappers, many awarded the most prestigious awards in the world of flamenco, performing an unique show in Spain, right in Seville, the birthplace of flamenco. A walk through the different styles of flamenco, bulerias, soleares, fandangos, sevillanas, etc interpreted by many dancers on stage, where improvisation and a great choreography come together leading to an unusual spectacle.
El Palacio Andaluz, located next to the emblematic district of La Macarena, is one of Spain's finest flamenco venues. This elegant, spacious and airy building will ensure you are comfortable during the show, while you will also have a direct view of the stage. Enjoy flamenco in its purest form, with a cast of professional artists all trained in traditional flamenco techniques.
Choose to accompany the show with either a drink, a Tapas dinner or an a La Carte dinner.

• Seafood Cocktail, goat cheese with toast, Serrano ham, Pastela Andalus, cod comfit in olive oil with asparagus, stewed Cheeks Iberian in Pedro Ximenez with potato millefeuille.
• Dessert: Chef tasting selection.
• Coffee, wine and mineral water.
Option 3: Flamenco & Dinner à La Carte
• Appetizers: Selection of the chef.
• Starters: Salad sprouts with marinated figs and goat cheese, seafood cocktail with Thousand Island Dressing, Tulipa marinated tuna with sauteed vegetables, vegetable soup with ham shavings.
• Main courses: Stewed Cheeks Iberian in Pedro Ximenez, baked salmon with soy and Lima, beef tenderloin with potato millefeuille, cod comfit in virgin olive oil.
• Desserts: Chef tasting selection.
• Coffee, wine and mineral water.

Excellent show. All performers were excellent. The costumes and the stage were amazing. The singing and dancing were of exceptional standard. We had the 3 course meal included and the quality of the dishes served were of the highest standard. The 2003 bottle of red wine (Rojia) was superb. Do not miss it.
