You’ll start the night off at Seville’s oldest tapas bar, where you’ll enjoy the city’s classic aperitif—a glass of vermouth—paired with acorn-fed Iberian ham!
Afterwards, your expert guide will lead the way to a few interesting pockets in the city, and you’ll begin to see Moorish influence left and right. You’ll also come face-to-face with the remains of a Roman temple!
Next up, you’ll visit a tiny tapas bar you might miss if you’re not looking for it! This family-run stop serves fantastic orange wine, and you’ll also try cured Manchego cheese and slow-roasted pork belly drizzled with Spanish olive oil.
A historical walk through Seville wouldn’t be complete without seeing the city’s stunning cathedral. You won’t go inside, but you will get a quick lesson in the largest Gothic cathedral in the world while discovering its Roman and Moorish influences. You’ll then continue on to the beautiful Barrio Santa Cruz, where you’ll hear Seville’s very own version of Romeo and Juliet!
Then it’s time for more tapas! You’ll head to a traditional bar often packed with locals to try one of the city’s most typical tapas—montaditos—little sandwiches filled with all sorts of goodness! You’ll pair these delicious bites with a fantastic local wine, and you’ll also learn the tricks of the trade when it comes to doing tapas like a local!
Afterwards, it’s back to the city to discover a few more of its secrets and hidden plazas. Finally, you’ll end the tour with a sit-down meal of shared plates at a bar that’s been doing creative Spanish food since way before it became popular! You’ll also get to try a truly delicious wine from Andalusia that pairs perfectly with this restaurant’s specialty tapas. And of course, you’ll finish the night off with a little something sweet!

Sara, our guide, was simply amazing!!! Very funny and easy to talk with. She was so much fun to be around and really knew her sites. Talk about getting your money's worth! She met us at the Iglesias de Santa Catalina and was very easy to find. She took the time to explain how it all worked and off we went. I think we went about 6 or so places. Drink and a tapa in each one, taking the time to learn about the establishment, the food, the history and just have a great time. Even while walking from one location to another, in between she will explain certain local sight seeing places, tell us the history or significance of it. So there was never a dull moment. Our last location we had an actual sit down dinner and OMG what a dinner! Sara really made our first night in Seville very special. Very sad to finally part for the night. If you can, ask for her and book it! You will not be disappointed.
Fantastic evening.
This was the best thing we did, probably the whole week in Spain. David was funny and informative, the food was great, and the atmosphere fun and relaxed. We actually went back to one of the bars he took us to and survived on his recommendations for the rest of our time in Seville. Would definitely do this tour again!
Fantastic evening tour of Seville. The guide Sara was very friendly, knowledgable and good fun. There were plenty of different types of Tapas to try - none of which I have ever had before! We also tried various sherries and some orange wine. The walking was entirely manageable and there were lots of entertaining tales along the way. It was my husbands Birthday and Sara even managed to get him a candle and a rendition of Happy Birthday at our last venue. We did two other tours with a different company while in Seville and this was by far the best. All in all a fantastic evening with a fantastic guide and an evening that will remain in our memories for a very long time.
