Seville preserves an important monumental complex composed by the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Archivo de Indias, all declared by UNESCO Humanity World Heritage Site. Its gothic cathedral, built on an ancient Almohad mosque, is one of the largest in the world. Besides the religious building rises the “Giralda” the former minaret and the actual symbol of Seville. The majesty of its 5 naves and 25 chapels is the first thing that impresses the visitor that enters for the first time, in addition to the numerous works of art realized by some of the most important Spanish artists, sculptors and painters.
