This was the first time Viator let me down. This was billed as a small group and we had 30 people with us. We had to pay extra for listening devices because it was so large. The guide and company were terrible.

Victoria from Poncho Tours did an amazing job in taking us thru the time and her humor was keeping us laughing throughout the tour. You will definitely feel the architecture that's very old and it's very beautiful to spend the time in the gardens.

We really enjoyed this tour! Honestly we considered canceling last minute to tour at our own pace, but we’re very glad we decided not to! Skipping the lines was a huge benefit and the tour was very nicely organized and arranged. Our tour guide, María, was energetic and passionate about everything she showed us, giving us background information and stories we would not have otherwise known. In the end we were quite happy with our decision to use the tour guides and would do that way again!

Guide Maria superb, - Maria gave a fascinating and very enjoyable tour, very helpful, informative . However management phoned the night before to cancel our arranged time so had alter /cancel plans for new time, very late notice. Quite expensive but worth it for quality of Maria's tour.

The guide was good, the venue was good, but... others in the group that had booked with other tour companies had the entry fees included in the tour price. Same guide, same tour, for 12 euro less. Be very careful as to what is "included" and "not included". This was more expensive than it should have been. Also, there what no indication of where to meet for the tour! Look for the orange and purple coats/umbrellas at the monument in the square... for all tours except those through the Alcazar itself.

I cant remember our guides name but we took the 9a English tour on 13-Sep. The whole team was amazing. Half of our goup was stuck in traffic and the whole team fanned our to provide reference points for them and usher them in as quickly as possible. The guide was very well spoken and knowledgeable about the whole area. She took her time to explain each area and answered all questions thoroughly. Remember to bring cash to cover your ticket because they buy them in bulk for you and you pay them back when you check in. This allows you to just walk in.
