We did the evening tour of the tower during the vivid festival. You can not see the opera house from the tower and but can see some of the harbor bridge. We were hoping we could see more from the tower during the light festival especially the opera house, so that was the let down for us.
In hindsite, I likely would go to the restaurant and purchase food to access the Tower instead of paying for the tour, but it is reasonably priced and provides great views of the city!
Great starting spot to learn about Sydney before exploring the city.
The tower was awesome. The city view is so different from above. It gives you a sense of the size of the metro area of Sydney. This is a must do early in any trip to Sydney NSW.
not worth the long queue - waited for 2.5 hours to get to the top and have onlyh spent 30 mins there and theres nothing special.
Must do especially if you are in Sydney just a short time. Allows views of all of Sydney, from the coast to the mountains.
Excellent experience, great price, walked up, scanned print-out and started tour.
The view is amazing. And the place is easily accessible. While there is a tour shop in the tower, the tour shop at the conclusion of the tour has clearance items that are really quite attractively priced.
