Absolutely awful! Don't book with these guys, they were all rude, everyone single one of them. The ride itself which was well overpriced and was a complete joke. The guy operating the Gondola spent 95 of his time on his mobile so we actually went hardly any distance at all compared with other Gondolas... If that wasn't enough we were only on it for 20 mins, 10 mins short of the half hour-certainly the most unromantic moment I've experienced! When we arrived home I contacted the Viator customer service team who were really great, thank you.

We had a magical time. The tour operator met us early with a gift bag containing the prosecco, glasses to drink with and some information on the boats themselves. The gondolier was really friendly and tried really hard to communicate well with us to understand the area and how the gondoliers communicate with each other. We were taken through smaller, quieter canals and were also shown a glimpse of the grand canal. Very romantic and very special. Would recommend this tour to do something with a significant other.

I think this ride was overpriced! We saw in all Venice prices for afternoon 30 minutes ride at 100€. And we paid with 2 small bottles of wine 140€! The goldola driver left us for 10 minutes in the grand canal without moving at all! And then he took as from a small canal and thats it!
