Luckily our motel was just near the pick up location. We had no trouble and use of card at all venues we went to made it easy and we really enjoyed it. We even used it and went on a bus (public) ride around to couple places on outskirt of town.

We purchased the 48-hour Verona Card online. The ticket office where we exchanged our printed voucher for the cards was easy to find and there was no line. The Card included admission to attractions and public transportation. We did not use the public transportation as we found everything within easy walking distance. As we wandered through town, we found that nearly anything we wanted to see was included in the card. Bring a scarf to cover your shoulders, as several churches are included as part of the card. Overall, this card was good value for the money - in our two days in Verona, we did not need to spend any money on admissions other than the cost of the card.

The Verona Card is worth the price! It was so convenient - if we were passing a museum or something of interest, chances were good that they accepted the Verona Card and we could walk right in. We saw more attractions than we would have if we had not purchased the 24 hour card.

This day pass enabled us to see all the major sights of the city in a mere 10 hours which was truly incredible. It was a little tricky to find as it's a shop along the way to Castleveccio, and at first we walked all the way to the castle only to have to backtrack, but once we went into the shop the girls working the counter were very helpful and equipped us with a map and our passes and even gave suggestions for places to eat and the best places to see the city.
