The tour continues to the over a thousand years old Mon-style Shwemawdaw Pagoda with its spire taller than the Shwedagon Pagoda and can be seen from around 10 kilometers. After lunch at a simple local restaurant, you will continue sightseeing with the 55-meter long reclining Shwe Tha Lyaung Buddha, which is among one of the country’s most impressive image and the four giant Buddha images at Kyaik Pun Pagoda. After visiting a ‘Mon’ weaving and handicraft village producing woven bamboo wares return to Yangon with visits to an Allied War cemetery near Htauk Kyan and a “Nat” tree shrine on the way back. Trip ends at your hotel in Yangon.

The best trip in my life ever discovery Bago private day trip from yangon city. Our guide Myo Thaw was waiting for us early and was extremely interesting and knowledgable. The driver Tony was also excellent and the car very comfortable. We had lots of interesting stops to pagodas, monasteries, palaces and a very good restaurant for lunch. Everything ran smoothly on this excellent day trip from Yangon to Bago.All in all a great day with a very reliable and recommended company. Thanks All !

Myanmar is really spectacular.Highly recommended .I was very fortunate to have had Kyow as my private guide during 3 days in Myanmar. He taught me a lot about Myanmar, Buddhism, the temples, and the lives of the monks. The highlight of my trip to Bago was giving alms to the monks in the monastery. Kyow made my trip to Myanmar so enjoyable that I would really love to return to Myanmar and visit other cities in this wonderful country.
